Welcome to Empowerment Sanctuary! My name is Kelly Hudson and I am one of two Co-Founders here at Empowerment Sanctuary. My goal is to assist men and women who struggle with feelings of hopelessness, confusion, or powerlessness, as well as those who are seeking guidance, clarity, or a new perspective. My intention is to help you to create the life you desire and deserve by providing you with the tools you need to make it happen for yourself. Whether you are seeking education, inspiration, information, a shoulder to lean on, or an ear to listen, I can help you with that!
I am a Life Coach and Ordained Minister currently working on completing a dual doctorate in Divinity and Metaphysics. While I’ve been informally coaching clients for a decade, I’ve only recently begun to do so professionally. As a Life Coach, I specialize in Personal Coaching, Relationship Coaching and Empowerment Coaching. As an Ordained Interfaith Minister, I specialize in Spiritual Counseling and Self Awareness counseling. Whether I am coaching, counseling, or teaching, I also utilize my skills as a professional intuitive, which I have honed and developed over the last thirteen years, to assist me in enhancing the empowering sessions that I co-create with my clients.
My ability to look inside and see what’s going on in there doesn’t make me different from you. In fact, we are probably more alike than different. Like you, I’ve been to hell a few times and have lived to tell the tale. The blessing is that those experiences have empowered me with the ability to understand and empathize with where you’ve been, what you’re going through, and how to help you become empowered to discover, define and live out your purpose. What I bring to the table is a compassionate ear, a lifetime of experience to draw upon, and a gentle but no nonsense approach to problem solving, goal setting, and life building. Whether your life has been recently torn apart, has been chaotic from the start, or is perfect except for that one little thing, I am happy to assist you in getting to wherever it is you want to be.
